Reminder: Senior Portraits will continue tomorrow (Tuesday, August 2) through Monday, August 8. Sessions are by appointment between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. As posted on social media and via email, there was an error in scheduling outside of this time window. If you were originally scheduled for a portrait time outside of the 7:00 AM-3:00 PM window, your appointment has been canceled and/or rescheduled. Lifetouch will be sending out notifications regarding cancellations and rescheduling tomorrow morning.

If you have not yet made your appointment, you can either follow the instructions on the appointment cards sent out last month or visit PrestigePortraits.com, look up Forest Park HS and select your time that way.

If you are unable to make your rescheduled appointment time, there will be makeups in the fall that will be held after school. Alternatively, you can contact Lifetouch customer service and schedule a separate individual session at a time- not connected to the school- that is more convenient for you. Senior Portrait Update- Lifetouch sent out appointment cards with incorrect times 3-9 PM for senior portraits. The times that portraits will be held will be 7AM-3PM to coincide with summer building hours. If you originally scheduled for an evening time, please check your emails and the Lifetouch website for your new time. REMINDER for Class of 2023: Senior Portraits will take place this week, August 1-8 from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM in the Auditorium. Students should arrive at their designated appointment time. Tux and drape will be provided. Please ensure you arrive promptly for your assigned time so that all runs smoothly. If you are unable to make a summer session, or were unable to schedule one, there will be makeup sessions in the Fall (more info to come).

Class of 2023: Senior Portraits will take place August 1-8 (location TBD- likely the enclosed cafeteria or library). Students will receive an appointment card in the mail from Lifetouch with their slot. Students will also be able to go onto prestigeportraits.com to schedule the appt as well. The dates will be opened in Mid-July for the students.

2022 Yearbooks Pickup: If you did not pick up your 2022 yearbook June 13-15, all books will be moved to the front office. Please call and arrange a time to pick up your book. Bring your order confirmation and student ID with you to facilitate this process.Those on the waitlist will be contacted if there are extra books.

2022 Yearbook Distribution- 2022 Yearbooks are HERE! Yearbook Distribution will occur on the following dates/times:

• Seniors: Yearbooks will be distributed during your graduation rehearsal(s) June 8-9. Tables will be set up and you will be able to pick up your book once your name has been checked off the list.
• Underclassmen: Yearbooks will be distributed during all lunch shifts (A-D) June 8-9. Tables will be set up and you will be able to pick up your book once your name has been checked off the list.
• Yearbook Waitlist: If you did not order a yearbook, visit jostens.com and add your name to the waitlist. If there are extra copies, those on the waitlist will be contacted in order to submit payment and pick up a book. First come, first serve.

2022 Yearbooks: All Information on Yearbooks is posted on the school website under the tab "For Students and Parents" and then "Picture and Yearbook Information." Books were shipped last Friday so target date for arrival at the school mid next week, allowing for distribution to begin shortly after. More information will be released once the books arrive at the school.

FINAL CHANCE TO ORDER YEARBOOKS: Last chance to order your 2021-2022 yearbook is this Friday, May 27. Yearbooks are on sale for $85. Visit Jostens.com, select purchase yearbook and input your information online. Yearbook distribution TBD.

Club and Honor Society Photos will occur next Monday, February 28 in the GYM from 2:30-6:30 PM. Please see the schedule below for your assigned slot. Please show up promptly for your assigned time slot so that pictures can run smoothly.

Underclassmen Portrait Retakes will occur on Tuesday, November 9 from 8:30-12:30 in the auditorium. Students, if you were unable to attend portrait sessions in October, you will be able to retake the photo during this time. You will be issued a pass from your teacher in order to do so. Makeup Underclassmen Portraits: There will be a makeup underclassmen portrait day this Thursday, October 7 for students who were unable to take their picture (due to overflow on Wednesday, September 29) or were absent last week. Ask your teachers for permission to come down to the auditorium to take your photo. Lifetouch will be in the auditorium from 7:30-2:00 on Thursday.

2021 Underclassmen Portraits: Underclassmen Portraits will be taking place on September 29 and 30 in the auditorium. 9th/10th will be taking photos during Health/PE and 11th will be taking them during English.

Students can reserve a slot by using the unique ID code on the appointment cards sent out by Lifetouch. Alternatively, students can visit PrestigePortraits.com and reserve a spot.

You will need to upload your digital file to the following Google Drive. Make sure your file is labeled with the student's name (Last name, First Name) and that you have chosen the grey background for at least one image- this is the background used in the yearbook. Upload to the correct folder based on their grade/ staff.
