Completing the Concussion Education packet does not enroll or withdraw your student from any PWCS school or program. To protect student data and streamline data flow and processes, we are utilizing the Online Records tool. Certain headings within sections of this tool span all packets utilized in PWCS. Please disregard any references to enrolling or withdrawing.

Computer-based education is best for viewing PowerPoint and its information.  

1. Login to https://parentvue.pwcs.edu/

a. If you do not have a ParentVUE account, please contact your student’s school.

2. At the top right of the screen, click Online Records.

3. Scroll down and select Concussion Education

**Only students eligible will be selected.

5. Click Edit from the list of students for whom you wish to complete the Concussion Education packet.

6. Navigate the Prince William County Public Schools Concussion Education presentation utilizing the navigation arrows at the bottom of the presentation.

7. Once the Prince William County Public Schools Concussion Education presentation has been reviewed, click on the Save and Continue button.

8. Type your name in the Parent Signature box certifying that you have reviewed the concussion education with your student.

9. For ease during check-in please screenshot the completion verification email and save then staple to your athlete’s physical for tryouts. (see the example below)
