Welcome to Forest Park High School Athletic Registration
It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2025-2026 school year. Registration is required for tryouts and out-of-season conditioning.
Requirements for Participation
The requirements below must be completed prior to being permitted to try out for any athletic team or participate in any athletic activities. Please allow at least 48 hours for processing and approval.
Students must:
- Have a completed online athletic registration in Arbiter.
- Parent/guardian must create an account in Arbiter and list their personal email as the Account Owner. This allows for future communication through Arbiter.
- Upload and maintain a current Virginia High School League (VHSL) physical form completely filled out and signed by both parent/guardian & physician, with physician's office stamp. All pages should be uploaded and submitted through the online athletic registration process. **We cannot accept any hardcopies**.
- Maintain eligibility requirements set forth by VHSL and in the PWCS High School Activities and Athletics Eligibility and Participation Guidelines. **Sports Physicals expire after 14 months, this may take place in the middle of a season! Arbiter will send an alert to the Account Owner's email , so please monitor**

Below Forms are NOT required but may be needed if applicable
Per PWCS Reg 757-5 A Virginia Asthma Action Plan (VAAP) must be completed each school year. The VAAP permits a student with a diagnosis of asthma to possess and self-administer inhaled asthma medications during the school day, at school-sponsored activities, while on a school bus, during any Prince William County Public Schools extended day or overnight field trip, at school age child care (SACC), or other school property provided the following conditions have been satisfied:
* STUDENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE PWCS
Many parents without insurance coverage worry about protecting their children in the event of an illness or injury. Optional student accident insurance is an inexpensive way to provide medical coverage in such events. Student accident insurance is not just for those without health insurance. Optional student accident insurance is a secondary level of coverage for those students who are already covered under a parent or guardian’s primary insurance plan. In such cases, the optional student accident insurance may cover expenses not paid for by the primary insurance plan such as co-pays and other out-of-pocket expenses.
