Teachers will have an announcement posted on Canvas by 8:45 a.m. with directions regarding work for students that should be completed asynchronously. This learning opportunity is for students to complete work previously assigned and/or to receive support from their teacher during posted office hours. New content will not be introduced on these days and no tests can be given. If your child is registered virtually with Virtual Virginia, please follow the guidance provided by Virtual Virginia for inclement weather guidance. Virtual Virginia is not a PWCS program.

Teachers will be available on Zoom for office hours for students. Zoom links and reminders about times will be on individual teacher Canvas courses.

Our school office hours schedule is below:

• 8-9 a.m.: Administration is available. Please view emails below to schedule a meeting.
• 9-10 a.m.: JROTC, Mathematics, World Languages
• 10:05-11:05 a.m.: Art EL, English
• 11:10 a.m. - 12:10 p.m.: CTE, Special Education, Social Studies
• 12:15-1:15 p.m.: FACS, Health & PE, Music, Science
• 1-2:00 p.m.: Utilized by staff who may have a conflict on the Code Orange Day due to a scheduled meeting.

Counselors will be available for students as needed. Students should email their counselor to set up a time to meet on Zoom and/or Bookings if they need assistance with anything on the Code Orange day. Counselor contact info can be found on the counseling team Canvas page.
